Benny had a shiny/colorful/pretty butterfly net he wanted to play with, but Ruby wouldn't let/allow/permit him to use it. Benny felt very sad/disappointed/lonely. He went away to play by himself.

Penny Penguin waddled to the side of the icy cliff. She looked down and yelled in horror. Her best friend, Wally, was trapped in a pile of snow! He'd tried to jump over the drift but had fallen. Now he couldn't move his flippers. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and pushed at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much struggle, she rescued Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so grateful that he gave Penny a big high five. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
